All students in 6-8th grade are to take math notes on each section as well as watch the video. Math notes need to consist of the following items: Title and section number (for quick reference), Main idea, vocabulary and definitions, rules or other note helpful to the understanding of the section (i.e. Please excuse my dear aunt sally.) and sample practice problems to correct in class. Below is a sample of high quality notes. The notes grading rubric can be found as a file on Jupiter for your reference.
