Week of January 11-15

Welcome back from winter break and Happy New Year! Basketball season is resuming. The first girls team game is on the 21st and the first boys team game is also on the 21st. Show some school spirit and cheer for our schools basketball teams. Also the 7^th and 8^th grade are selling hot chocolate this week. Enjoy the rest of the week.

The yearbook team will begin meeting in January to work on the yearbook. We are looking for photos from past events and field trips and sports seasons to put in the book. If you have any good pics, please upload them directly to TreeRing shared files. We will meet Wednesday, January 13 at 3:30.  Don't forget to order your personal yearbook and remember that you have 2 pages to customize and personalize. Contact Mrs. Perry for more information.

Save those shoes!!

Over the next 2 months we will be collecting gently worn shoes, sandals, slippers, boots, etc to raise money for our field trip. I will be sending out posts for you to share on your social media outlets or church or community bulletin boards. Our goal is for each student to collect 18 bags of shoes (25 shoes in each bag). I will send home some printed materials for your child to get ideas. Use your churches and places of business to collect the shoes.

The money we collect will be used to defray your child's end of the year field trip costs. You can start collecting now.
