Week of October 19

 This week we have been doing so little do to Iowa testing so there wasn't much done in the week. On Monday we had our fall break. Tuesday and Wednsday have been testing days. and 7th grade started their cognitive ability tests on Thursday and finished up on Friday. Last Friday there was 8th grade day at Valley. I thought it was educational and fun at the same time. With Mr. Beisel and Mr. Ricter we learned about dry ice. With Mr. Scholz and Mr. Kreiger we played math Bingo. With Mrs. Fleming we played a game where you have to guess the word right in spanish and if you get it first you get to shoot a dart at the flag to get points. In Mr. Fote's room we made in blot monsters. With Mr. Greaser, Mrs. Williams, and Mrs. Stokes we played mad libs. In Mr.Parsons and Mr. Tidwells room we talked about valley and all the amazing stuff there. With Mrs. and Mr. Kempf we had to build a tower with these objects while one person doesn't talk. One person doesn't see and one person has their hands behind their back while the last person had nothing. I loved Valley and can't wait to go there when I am older. Everone is so nice and caring it is hard to not like them back. I hope everone loved as much as I did and many thanks to those who helped on 8th grade day and spent their day off with us. I hope everyone was well rested for the Iowa tests and did their very best.
